From the moment we arrived at the property we were shocked. The location is prime, right in the middle of Historic Downtown. Walkable to every where, 2 -3 blocks from King Street. Wonderful location. The building is beautiful. The interior design are in another level. I love the vintage vibes. Very Charleston, very old Southern.
Everything was so clean and made you feels like you at your home. 100000000 out of 10.
Highly recommend! My house was 202. Next time we will try a bigger house as 301 or 201 to fit 10 ppls in my fam.
The manager is so kind and helpful. The cleaning lady were amazing to made the house so fresh and clean.

Overall good place to stay
Overall good place to stay. This is our second time staying with host but this was a different condo. A lot of space in the condo. Main reason for 4 stars is that there was construction going on downstairs and the people started working early in the morning and using multi saws and chop saw was pretty annoying considering we went for a getaway to relax and sleep in but didn’t quite get that for that part of our trip. Also, the place could have been a little bit cleaner.

We had a great time at The Charlee! It's a beautiful space with really sweet and thoughtful touches throughout. The neighborhood is wonderful, and it was nice to be able to walk everywhere. I wish we had time to use the bikes! Hoping to visit again with friends (instead of kids) next time!

The Charlee was a perfect location for our family gathering in Charleston. It was so easy to walk to town for the restaurants. It was so spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The family room & kitchen were spacious as well. Loved the outdoor porch too! Having the washer & dryer came in handy. It was an ideal place to stay! Thank you for your quick response to any questions we had during our stay!
