Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Parking was a great amenity. We especially liked the location, which features interesting, walkable places to eat, drink and shop. The neighborhood feels historic and not touristy. We recommend a stay here!

This space is great for a large group of people! The living room and kitchen area had ample space, the bathrooms were clean, and the bedrooms were a nice size. The rooftop space sits underneath a tree. There was a lot of tree debris on the porch which is understandable, but it was clear the porch and seat cushions hadn’t been swept before our arrival. We also had a small issue with the air conditioning on the ground level. We had the all thermostats set to the same temperature, but it was significantly warmer on the ground floor. Needless to say, I would use this airbnb again.

Great place, happy with the location. Everything was clean and fresh. Great communication by owners/company. The one way in and out parking situation isn’t perfect and may be tough for larger SUVs but having an assigned spot is plus. Would def stay here again.
